mctp: getting build error when linux/mctp.h is not available,

Hi
I am getting build error when <linux/mctp> is not present.
/src/mctp-control-spec.h (line 8)
& SIOCMCTPALLOCTAG, struct mctp_ioc_tag_ctl & struct mctp_ioc_tag_ctl2. [ this define is needed? IFLA_PROTO_DOWN_REASON NDA_FDB_EXT_ATTRS]
