test metadata set

I am drafting testing metadata in CollectionBuilder > Docs > collectionbuilder-test-metadata Sheet.

In the description field I am writing out details about the test and what I think should be the expected behavior.
Objects in the test metadata should not break the build process, but some will still display incorrectly or poorly--the test lets us see those extreme cases in action to evaluate how the template handles it and ensure everything passes our expected behavior.

This seems really useful to think through!
