Sidebar shows all Technical Reports

All Technical Reports are listed in the sidebar, but should only be listed in the overview table. This is probably because the sphinx-remove-toctrees does not support removing top-level documents. Previously, under compwa.githuib.io, the TRs were located under the report/ folder.
