Summary

Build out the trust layer around WriteToGov so users understand pricing, delivery expectations, policies, and support before they commit.

Problem Statement

Civic mail is a trust-sensitive product. Before public launch, WriteToGov should answer the obvious questions up front: what does this cost, how does delivery work, what is the turnaround time, what is refundable, and where do I go for help? This surface is critical to conversion and support load.

Scope

  • Define the essential FAQ / support / policy surface
  • Make pricing and delivery expectations clearer
  • Clarify refund / cancellation / support pathways as appropriate
  • Ensure trust copy exists in the places a cautious first-time user will look

Out of Scope

  • Backend billing system changes
  • Full help-center expansion beyond launch needs
  • CRM or customer support tooling selection

Acceptance Criteria

  • A cautious first-time visitor can understand pricing and delivery expectations without guessing
  • Support and policy entry points are easy to find
  • Trust questions are answered before checkout becomes the only place to learn them
  • The resulting surface reduces avoidable support questions
