Pasting puts cursor at the start of what got pasted

1. Be on Chrome on macOS (haven't tried other browsers)
2. Click through to some proposal on some list
3. Go the Details box and start typing
4. Paste something

That I can paste the thing and keep typing like normal.

Resultata

It pastes fine but puts the cursor at the start of what got pasted. Disruptive and buggy-feeling!
