[BUG] Proxy/Intercept not displaying list of queued requests with theme active

Describe the bug
When I activate a theme the list of requests in the Proxy/Intercept window remains obscured by the "Intercept is on" msg

Additional context
I tried activating the built in browser to see if it would change anything but I could not make the list appear.
