ex: I sent 250ujuno for a 500ujuno Tx. just take the rest of the 250ujuno from the balance automatically

can we make it optional?

we can do something like "if fee is empty, automatically use the minimum needed", if specified behave like now.

of course we should never ignore max gas limit
