Dead Bush crafting with Shears

Short description:

Shears normally have durability for use. Much like an Ore Hammer to ores to make Dust, uses durability on the Ore Hammer, maintaining the item. With this same logic in mind... The Dead Bush craft using any type of shears, consumes/deletes the shears. In this case, I thought ahead and made Supremium Shears (unbreakable) to craft automatically. This however instantly deleted the shears on one use. Not sure if it's intended for deletion... Quite... Evil! lol. Thought I'd report this as it's not using durability but the item entirely.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create Supremium Shears
2. Put a Sapling and Supremium Shears in the crafting table 2x2 or 3x3.
3. Craft a Dead Bush.

Expected behaviour:

The shears not deleted and simply uses durability.
