I would like to suggest a feature enhancement to improve the monitoring and management of client-related errors within Jellystat.
Key features requested:
Error Categorization:
Implement a system to categorize and group client-side errors such as playback interruptions (pause/resume issues), streaming failures, buffering problems, and any other possible client errors. This would help in quickly identifying and prioritizing recurring issues affecting users.
Client Problem Tracking:
Provide detailed tracking and reporting on client-side problems, including the ability to view error frequency, affected clients, and temporal patterns. This insight would facilitate faster troubleshooting and improved user experience.
Prometheus Exporter:
Add support to export metrics to Prometheus, enabling seamless integration with existing monitoring stacks.
Alerting System Integration:
Incorporate or integrate alerting capabilities similar to Gatus, supporting multiple notification channels such as Matrix, email, or other webhooks. This would allow real-time alerts for critical client errors and system issues.
