As a disclaimer, I'm aware that the Jellyfin API has specific metrics that determine "what a play is" and that it's a larger ask to get Jellyfin to adjust that. But since Jellystat allows for manual removal of plays (good for weird events or dupes that aren't accurate), I'm curious if there's a pathway in Jellystat where we could combine 2+ plays into a single play for more accurate statistics?
A friend watched 1.5 hours of Weapons the other day, and then 12 hours later, watched the last 30 minutes. In Jellystat, Weapons now has 3 plays (our single play, and friends "2 plays").
I'd be curious to know the overhead to creating a "combination system" where I could actually combine or, at minimum, visually group plays so that in the GUI, my play stats on media reflect "real life use" instead of Jellyfin's play stats.
Just an idea and I couldn't find any mentions of this feature idea/request out there.
