Play Count By Hour Statistic is incorrect timing.

Describe the bug
The "Play Count by Hour" statistic is incorrectly reporting the time of the plays.

Environment Details (please complete the following information):

• OS: docker compose, running on a Debian LXC, running inside proxmox.
• Browser Chrome
• Jellystat Version 1.1.6
• Jellyfin Version 10.11.3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to "Play Count by Hour" and verify it against when plays actually happened.

Expected behavior
I expect the "Play Count by Hour" to be accurate compared to when they actually occured.

Update: It seems the "Play count by date" is also wrong. It says I watched 1 episode on Monday, and 1 on Tuesday, but I actually watched them on Sunday and Monday.
