link to IIIF manifests from Manuscript Information

Semi-related to #865 is the issue that (afaik) there is no link to the IIIF manifest of a CU manuscript (although I agree that having them in one big list is not that useful, which is why we removed the link). I propose putting this in "Manuscript information" (maybe even with a link to the hosting site?) so people can play around with it themselves if they wish (or access images while our viewer is down, etc.

Related issue, and related to the fact we need to keep these up to date. I also think this page should be added back to public availability until we can add a link to manuscript information.
