Steps taken
Followed DIRAC UI installation instructions at https://github.com/ic-hep/gridpp-dirac-users/wiki/GridPP-DIRAC:-A-quick-introduction:

Note – I'm running an older version of MacOS at the minute for XCode compatibility issues with ROOT. I'm hesitant to update to the latest version since rolling back updates on MacOS involves wiping the machine and reinstalling from scratch.
