Rebuild some of the spatial objects with recent version of `sf`

Placeholder issue here, since `sf` seems to work around this with a warning()

old-style crs object detected; please recreate object with a recent sf::st_crs()
```

Seeing this in `4_params_munge/out/ndgf_bathy.rds.ind` when rebuilding for #234 
This probably applies to a number of the downloaded shapefiles that are in `in` for 1_crosswalk
