Sovereign Tech Fund Maintainers Fellowship

The Sovereign Tech Fund just launched a new one-year fellowship for maintainers to support critical digital infrastructure and the people who work on it. For the duration of the fellowship, a maintainer will be employed either full-time (must be located in Germany 🇩🇪) or as a freelance contractor. This offers the maintainer the personal and professional advantages of being part of a team, as well as the financial support and security to continue to work on critical FOSS infrastructure. The salary could range from 63000€ to 78000€ per year for a full-time position including thirty days of vacation. Each maintainer will also have access to mentoring from a previous long-time core React Native maintainer and the organizer of an open-source maintainer community in London.
