UX improvement: allow multiple accordions to stay open in Collection Filter Report

Describe the bug

In the Collection Filter Report, only one accordion can be open at a time. This is inconvenient when users want to apply filters while also checking the collections section, because opening one accordion automatically closes the other. This makes the workflow more frustrating and less efficient.

Observed on Sandbox (10.0) and Demo (9.x)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Collection Filter Report.
2. Expand the Filters accordion.
3. Expand the Collection Report accordion.
4. Observe what happens to the previously opened accordion.

Expected behavior

The user should be able to keep multiple accordions open at once, especially Filters and Collection Report.
