While I can't get rid of all of the duplicates, due to situations involving the 3 Nordic upstream source lists, I'll see how many of them that can be got rid of. I predict around 60%.

I've been consistently unable to find inter-source duplicates between West Nordic and EasyList, or between Finnish and EasyList.

I'll see when I can take a look into Swedish and EasyList, but I can't give dependable estimates for which day.
