Move to dedicated CDN instead of Githab RAW

Why? Because ratelimit pops up periodically. Also, github does not recommend using RAW as a CDN

Therefore, you can put the link in the README with a free CDN (for example, jsdelivr)
It should be something like this:
cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/username/repo@branch/
