Sysadmins still need to know their password to update other accounts

If a sysadmin account is generated via single sign-on, with a random password, then they will be unable to edit other user profiles, since that requires them to know their own password.

Options include:

• Using the "Forgot password" feature to reset the password
• Monkey-patching core to bypass the need for sysadmin password on updating user profiles if the sysadmin is using SSO
• Adding a flash message when creating the account, to tell the user their randomly generated password (and tell them to save it if they need it).
