RuntimeWarning in preprocessing step

Describe the bug
In the preprocessing step where features are mapped onto the grid, RuntimeWarning is encountered.

This could be likely due to division by zero or exponentially large negative numbers.
Not sure yet.
For now, features associated with 1EAU pdb are not mapped onto the grid, deeprank has ignored.
The preprocessing step proceeds nevertheless.

Individually running a test on random variant in 1EAU did not throw any error (Coos)
