Make the app available in Accrescent

Description

It would be great if we could install and update the app through the Android novel app store Accrescent (accrescent.app) since it won't be available on IzzyOnDroid anymore (my guess is you will not be willing to remove patreon proprietary code).

Accrescent is a FOSS and respectful app store which doesn't require the apps ot distributes to be FOSS.

Thank you in advance to consider this option. It is important to offer an alternative to the google abusive store for people who don't have a google account.
