About button for subreddits and multireddits

Description

Add a permanently visible "About" button within the subreddit/multireddit header. Tapping it would:

· Show the subreddit's description and info.
· For multireddits, list the included subreddits, making it easy to navigate into each one.

Alternatives

Add an "about" section under the preexisting hamburger menu found on each subreddit or multireddits

Additional context

-This provides immediate, one-tap access to understand a community's purpose
-Allows for easy navigation into subreddits listed
-Can be used for easy management(removal) of subreddits listed
