Abylity to add simple text or heading lines in all commerce and billing objects

Feature Request

Everything is in the title. For now, each line in commerce or billing objects must be a product or a service. So with a price and a quantity. I often need to add text only or headings, ie in orders. I use service line with 1 qty and price 0.

I would appreciate if I could add heading/text lines for a better presentation.
