Register with ipsec and tcp failed #526
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Boghe configured with ipsec enabled and TCP
2.Send first REGISTER and receive the 401
3.No generation of REGISTER with responce
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
REGISTER complete
