Sidechain client BMM proof debugging messages too noisy

When the sidechain client scans the mainchain for committed BMM requets, this message will be logged for each block without a BMM commitment that we are looking for:

```ERROR Sidechain client failed to request BMM proof```

This makes reading through the sidechain debug log frustrating, so just remove the log message or replace it with an occasional summary.
