confirm SI conversion info for these units

These units were part of our first pull request. They need SI conversion info.

This is a NEON variance (QK). It's conversion multiplier probably should be removed. confirm. or it's wrong (set to 1.0), because the SI unit for temp is Kelvin

there may be some problem with other conversion info. see qudt/qudt-public-repo#1114
