Implement a mechanism to validate the input gene name

When the gene name for the target protein is reported with a typo or it is wrong in the input.csv file- there is no safe mechanism that checks if the name is correct.
A validation strategy is required to warn about the mistake and let the user fix it before going on with the next steps of the automatization pipeline.
