Thanks to you for reaching out the question for BASALT v1.2.0

Owing to python versin limitation for metabinner (only python 3.8 is accepted), it currently can not be used in BASALT v1.2.0 however BASALT v1.1.0 can use it.

LorBin is a new published software in nature communications: https://github.com/LorMeBioAI/LorBin you can download the lorbin according to the former link( it‘s formal github rep)
