Policy 1.5 nav label doesn't match page title #65

Description

@BenGalewsky

On policies/1-corporate/1-5-equal-opportunity.html, the sidebar/nav/breadcrumb label reads "Equal Employment and Volunteer Opportunity," but the page's own H1 and body text still read verbatim from source: "1.5 Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) Equal Opportunity." Body content itself matches the source Markdown exactly ("ESIP P&P 1.5 Equal Opportunity.md") - this is only a nav-label vs. on-page-title mismatch, not a content loss.

Worth deciding which title is correct and making the nav label and page heading consistent. (Separately, this page also converts source's lettered list A./B. to a numbered list 1./2. - cosmetic, no content lost.)

(Found during a full audit comparing the Markdown source in this repo against the published Quarto book.)
