Data needed locally for the pipeline to work #2
Description
Certain datasets are not accessible remotely. In this case, the data needs to be available locally. There is currently a generic message for the data pipelines called through the function msg_local(). This message should be much more explicit and detail which data are needed, their name, where to place them and how to gain access to them if possible.
It would also be important to identify the data pipelines that are fully reproducible vs those that are not, i.e. those that require local datasets.
