[BUG] Parts with multi-rests disappear in horizontal measure view

Describe the problem
When you are in horizontal measure view and come to a multi-rest section, when going to next measure, then the parts which are in a rest disappear. The re-appear when a measure is reached where they do not have a rest anymore.

This does not happen in https://klarinettenquintett.weber-gesamtausgabe.de/index.html so it must have to do with recent changes in Edirom (backend branch develop; in v1.0.1 it still works)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g.:

1. Go to local Klarinettenquintett, Erstdruck I ED₁
2. Click on measure based view, and then to measure 135
3. go one measure ahead with forward arrow
4. See parts disappear

Expected behavior
Parts that have a rest should remain in view
