Check if all releases are archived correctly in Zenodo

Zenodo-GitHub-Integration was unexpectedly disabled for all TEIGarage and MEIGarage Repositories (since ca. beginning of the year, thanks @peterstadler for noticing). I re-enabled the integration for all repositories, but need to check which versions are missing and need to be added to Zenodo after their publication (see zenodo/zenodo#1463).

No new releases should be done before this (because their order would be incorrect in Zenodo).
