Cookie Selector Dropdown for local Cookies

Currently, if you want to use any other cookies than for YouTube, you need to write an arguement out. A dropdown menu with the ability to choose which cookies we have to use would make the process much earier for laymen such as myself.

Cookies management is indeed a little rigid and limited. I'm going to write it down and might add this support in a further version.
It won't be a priority though as I would like to add a full playlist support soon.
