zip has become too large to be hosted on github

The zip file would be over 100mb, which is the max allowable on github. I'm guessing the bulk of the weight is in the docs folders of the TinyGSM, Yosemitech, and ModularSensors libraries. For now, I'll just exclude the docs from those libraries from the zip.

I have no idea who, if anyone, is using this zip.

Thanks for doing this. We're pointing people away from it, but I think it might still be useful in some cases, especially for trainings and workshops.
