Create an example sketch to set calibration parameters #18
Description
Presently we've only been calibrating with the LX08H USB to RS485 485 to USB Converter Serial Port Debugging Assistant that YosemiTech sells as part of their "Developer Kit", along with their ModbusRunner software.
It would be nice to be able to do this directly with a Mayfly. Especially now that we have a solid set of external calibration spreadsheets (see #14).
