Collaborator status & revision request (1 import, 4 NTRs)

Hello, I am looking to make additions to ENVO to help with processing requests from the team at cidgoh.ca (GENEPIO & FOODON) and would appreciate if I could be granted "Collaborator" status on this GitHub repo to add via the branch-and-merge workflow.

As for my Revision Request I am looking to address issue #1379 combined with a couple of other terms. I would ideally like to make a PR next week sometime during August 11-13th, 2025, but can also wait to make it in September.

Note: terms have been reviewed and had ENVO IDs assigned by @ddooley

A summary of the revision is as follows:

• Import COB:0001300 device to act as the parent branch for the new term requests (Currently undergoing a transition to replace OBI:0000968 device; COB Transition obi-ontology/obi#1857)
• NTR: agricultural equipment
• NTR: bulk tank
• NTR: bulk fluid tank
• NTR: bulk milk cooling tank
