Clock timer ring but didn't disapear from status bar

Hi all,
Little problem on Euphoria latest on OnePlus One : every lunch I start timer for 55 mins (pause countdown). When it rang, I click on stop button. But in status bar I still have clock icon & new options (from CM12.1 nightlies I think) "Add 1 more minute" "Stop". When I click both, nothing. No adding & not stopping (already stopped!), I can't kill the status icon even if I go in clock option, then disable status bar and enable again. Any ideas ?

Is it the same for alarms too?
