Update XML dependencies

• xalan must go (is included in SAXON HE)
• serializer must go (is included in SAXON HE)
• SAXON HE can be updated (9.8.0-6 to 9.9.1-8 -- might also try 12.x but durstn't for fear of breaking ancient XSLT transformations)

Please note that the TreeTagger integration in the Dulko XSLT stylesheets dulko/exb2exb-word.xsl, dulko/exb2exb-tag.xsl and dulko/lang.xsl requires either Saxon 9.1.0.8 (the version that used to be shipped with EXMARaLDA) or a newer commercial Saxon edition (cf. #228).

There are some places left where StylesheetFactory is initialised as

tFactory = TransformerFactory.newInstance("org.apache.xalan.processor.TransformerFactoryImpl", null);

This will now fail miserably, of course. There seems to be no need to specifically cater for XSLT 1.0, anyway, so I can use net.sf.saxon.TransformerFactoryImpl for everything. Trying that now.
