Feature Request: Image settings for AV1 / AVIF (Encoder Speed & Quality)

Heya, currently there are Image settings for JPEG, PNG and WebP.
But sadly none for AVIF :/
Could it be Possible to be able to set the Quality, as well as encoder speed, there?

I'm not sure if Converseen is using the same awesome AOM / libavif encoder as GIMP, but if so, then it should be possible ^-^

I'd love to use it to compress my library into AV1 images, as it's so seamless, but with its current unknown default settings it's just not worth it.

Hi, and thank you so much for the suggestion! I'm currently working on adding options to handle different formats, and I hope to release the update as soon as possible! :)
