e2e walk through with boost

Now we have the boost integration thanks to @nonsense, and has a more comprehensive deal proposal creation interface in the contract, it's time for another walk-through for both developers and storage provider on how this works e2e!

• New fileocin developers are often curious about how the whole deal-making and data onboarding flow like on Filecoin -> they are curious about SP's service!
• client contracts are new to SPs, they are curious about what does this mean to them and what new opportunities it unblocks -> they wanna know what kind of service they are providing and how!
