[Feature Request] Option to only change current app volume when using the scroll wheel.

When using Bluetooth headphones, the global volume does nothing, so having the option to set the scroll wheel to only adjust the current app volume when using Bluetooth would be great.

I'm using a USB Bluetooth DAC (FiiO BT30), so I don't know how this usually behaves if you have integrated Bluetooth, like on a laptop or something.

Is this a feature that could be added? Like a per audio device setting for the scroll wheel behaviour. Global volume/Current App volume.
