Full zh + ko translations for v1.3.2 UI
Bring zh / ko mirrors to full content parity with the EN canonical
text — drops the temporary EN-pointer summary blocks and replaces
them with present-tense state translations.
Files extended:

- Graph view: clickable hop links to remote view, yellow native dots,
light-red offline dots, pale-yellow native-touching edges
- List view: selection-driven editing, full checkbox cell click target
- Adding a peer: short-click vs long-press, manual form table

mport / port-list), Export URL button, clipboard fallback

Refresh wiki for v1.3 with Singapore-centric demo + EN/ZH/KO
- Rewrite every wiki page (Home, Installation, Nodes, Proxies, Users,
Rules, TLS, Settings, API-Reference) in English to cover the 1.3
feature set: React graph topology, HTTP proxy, Bond aggregation,
per-user / per-rule exit chains, TUN compat, in-container binary
upgrade, GPL-3.0-or-later relicense.
- Replace legacy hub-centred screenshots with 14 fresh 1920x1080
captures taken from a Singapore-home demo cluster peering with
ten regional nodes and three-level nested paths.
- Add Korean iKuai v4 page (previously EN/ZH only).
- Update ZH + KO translations of every touched page; language-switcher
bars now bold the current language on every locale.
docs: add Chinese wiki translations
Rename iKuai to Router Systems, add Korean translations
- Rename iKuai-Compatibility → Router-Systems (generic terminology)
- Add Korean (-ko) translations for all 9 content pages
- Update sidebar and home page references
