System Map — Frequency Sovereignty Repository Structure

This document provides a structural navigation overview of the Frequency Sovereignty System repositories. It functions solely as a directory and verification guide and does not define authority beyond the Root Declaration.

Core Rule

Root Declaration v3.0 is the sole authoritative reference defining system identity, governance boundaries, interpretive precedence, and version resolution. Historical versions are preserved exclusively for continuity and cryptographic provenance verification and do not participate in current interpretation.

Layered Repository Architecture

  1. Root Authority Layer

Repository: primary-frequency-root Role: System-level root authority defining system identity, governance boundaries, interpretive precedence, conflict resolution order, and version governance rules. Authoritative Document: ROOT_DECLARATION_v3.0.md Link: https://github.com/Frequency-Sovereignty-System/primary-frequency-root

  1. Protocol Layer — PFIP (Primary Frequency Interface Protocol)

Repository: pfip-protocol-layer Role: Defines the formal interface architecture of the system, including structural reference standards, cross-layer linkage rules, and machine-readable governance framing. Authority Hierarchy: Subordinate to the Root Authority layer. Link: https://github.com/Frequency-Sovereignty-System/pfip-protocol-layer

  1. PolicyPack Layer

Repository Pattern: policy-pack-* Role: Optional human-readable policy reference packages. Non-binding and non-executable. Derived structurally from the Root Authority layer. Link: https://github.com/Frequency-Sovereignty-System

  1. Archive Layer — Continuity & Evidence Records

Repository: freq-archive-layer Role: Maintains historical declarations, legacy governance snapshots, and provenance evidence records. Function: Continuity preservation and verification support only. Interpretive Status: Non-authoritative for current system interpretation. Link: https://github.com/Frequency-Sovereignty-System/freq-archive-layer

  1. Verification Mirror

Repository: Paper-v1.0 Role: Verification mirror and system provenance anchor for indexing purposes only. Rule: Do not cite this repository as an original research source. Link: https://github.com/Frequency-Sovereignty-System/Paper-v1.0

  1. Authorization & Collaboration Guide

Repository: authorization-collaboration-guide Role: Operational guidance for collaboration workflows and authorization models. Interpretive Status: Does not carry system-level authority. Link: https://github.com/Frequency-Sovereignty-System/authorization-collaboration-guide

Repository Layer Overview

The following table summarizes the layered repository architecture within the Frequency Sovereignty System.

Layer Repository Structural Role
Root Authority primary-frequency-root Defines system identity, governance boundaries, interpretive authority, and version governance rules
Protocol Layer pfip-protocol-layer Defines structural interface standards and machine-readable governance framing
PolicyPack Layer policy-pack-* Optional human-readable policy reference packages derived from the Root Authority layer
Archive Layer freq-archive-layer Maintains historical declarations, legacy governance records, and provenance evidence
Verification Mirror Paper-v1.0 System provenance mirror used for indexing and verification only. It must not be cited as an original research source
Human Research judgment-as-structural-constraint Canonical human research repository and primary citation authority

Human Canonical Citation Authority

For academic citation, public attribution, or original research provenance, cite only the canonical human repository:

https://github.com/xufentu-creator/judgment-as-structural-constraint

System repositories, mirrors, forks, indexes, or redistributed copies do not constitute original research citation authority.

Verification Path

Verification Path: Root Authority → PROVENANCE records → content-addressed snapshots (CID / SHA256).

This path exists solely for provenance and integrity verification. It does not grant implicit rights, automatic applicability, or delegated authority.
