How should Data Use agreement be handled?

@cgries, currently, by default, I am passing in what is basically an anonymous user. Is that ok? How important is it to LTER to get real names and email addresses? I could remove the defaults so the user has to enter something themselves.

@lawinslow, can you just give it some name that I can recognize when I do the statistics of downloads, please? That's all I am using that information for.
Just be aware that we are in the middle of migrating the site to Drupal7, which probably will cause changes in how to access the data - I am not quite there yet to tell how.

Ok, good to know. Keep me in the loop, are you setting up a test version first that I could try this out on?

For the user, I'll stick to "Anonymous", but for the email, I'll use "lterdata-rpackage@anonymous.com". Should make it easy to see specifically.
