Missing Windows depedencies

Describe the bug

There are several dependencies (Shared libraries, known as a DLLs on Windows) are missing from the Tuba setup program for Microsoft Windows.

• libgee-0.8-2.dll
• libadwaita-1-0.dll
• libgexiv2-2.dll
• libgtk-4-1.dll

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download latest Windows version
   • The version tested was https://github.com/GeopJr/Tuba/actions/runs/22269004287/job/64420185573 since the latest release v0.10.3 was previously missing libcrypto-3-x64.dll which was fixed by Fix for Issue #1600 - Fixed Windows Installation - Windows: bundle MinGW runtime DLLs recursively (fixes missing OpenSSL dlls) #1634
2. Install it
3. Run Tuba
4. Observe error dialog appears
