Description

When you pin a message which is not the bottom of the message group, UI of pinned highlight doesn't look good. The reason being highlighted (pinned) part of pinned message doesn't have any padding on the bottom

To Reproduce

1. Go to any channel
2. Send 3 messages back to back
3. Pin the first of the three messages.
4. Notice no padding on pin highlight (underlay)
