No Press Play On Tape / Motor on Datasette Continues to run

Describe the bug
When typing "LOAD" or C=Run/Stop - It never says "Press Play on Tape" - It just auto goes to searching - Additionally the motor even when no buttons are pressed spin.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
type "LOAD" or C=Run/Stop

Expected behavior
Should say "Press play on tape"

Applies to (please complete the following information):

Hardware type: 64U,
Firmware Version: 3.14

Factory flashed - No Kernels or anything loaded, happens with or without datasette connected.

If your device is a Commodore 64 Ultimate - which was not entirely clear from the hardware type "64U" that you mentioned - it may be best to contact Commodore support directly.

In general, the following information would be useful for any further diagnosis:

1. After a full power cycle, with no datasette connected, does the same behaviour still happen?
2. With absolutely nothing connected except power and video (i.e. no USB devices, no cartridges, etc.), does the same behaviour still happen?
3. Does the datasette motor become active immediately after power-on, or only after typing LOAD / pressing C= + Run/Stop?
4. Does the datasette work correctly on another C64 device?
5. If you reset the device settings to defaults, does the behaviour change?
