Love what you're doing with GitbookIO. Will email you about it.
But... I note that GitbookIO is not complying with the Apache license that you've put on the book! the PDF and EPUB that it makes do not include a copy of the license, which is what the license requires as a condition for redistribution. So it's a really bad example for authors.
Please consider using CC-BY instead; attribution can point back to the repo.
