Use more parts of NT name as widget title #283

Our habit is to create NetworkTable entries such as:
- elevator/setpoint
- elevator/current
- wrist/setpoint
etc. The problem is that we then have many NT entries with the element in the name being the same. When you add them onto the dashboard, they all have the same name.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like Elastic to create more unique widget titles, by default. Specifically, for our setup, having the 2nd-to-last element included in the title would be very helpful.
Describe alternatives you've considered
This might be an option "Include folder in widget title".
Additional context
I know this could result in much longer widget titles. Some/many might not fit in the default box, but even truncating the start of the title should allow you to see the last few characters of the "folder". And it is much quicker to drag a widget bigger, and than the many steps needed to edit the title manually.
