Video autoplay

It would be nice to activate video auto-playback is a video is the viewport.
- If video leaves the viewport it should stop.
- Only one video should play at any time.
- Autoplay is allowed e.g. on mobile chrome if installed as a pwa: https://developer.chrome.com/blog/autoplay/#new-behaviors
